Job summary

Premier America Credit Union seeks an Interim Financial Analyst (60-90 days, Chatsworth, onsite) to provide analytical and planning support for the Finance Division. You will handle monthly closing, board reports, budgeting, and forecasting while ensuring accuracy in financial statements and reporting.

Expertise in Prologue systems and advanced Excel is required. The role emphasizes collaboration with accounting, ALCO, and management teams to deliver timely insights and maintain robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Minimum four (4) years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, EditPro and other database or reporting software.
• Strong analytical skills, judgment and ingenuity.
• Familiar with GAAP and financial accounting/reporting.
• Experience with budgeting/forecasting and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Assumes responsibility for effective financial analysis and reporting.
• Contributes to monthly closing package and board reports; assists in budget/forecast development and variance reporting.
• Performs financial modeling updates and analyzes key assumptions.
• Maintains documentation for A/L modeling and reporting processes.
• Prepares ALCO/Board packets and supports various committees.
