Job summary

Premier America Credit Union is seeking an Interim Financial Analyst to provide analytical and planning support for the Finance Division. The role focuses on monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, variances, and reporting to senior management, auditors, and regulators.

You will help maintain financial models, prepare ALCO materials, and assist the accounting team with payroll postings and GL reconciliations.

Qualifications

• Minimum four (4) years of experience in Finance and/or Accounting.
• Financial analysis experience in a credit union or banking industry preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Advanced knowledge in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, EditPro and reporting software.
• Familiar with complex financial modeling, budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical and planning support to the Finance Division.
• Contribute to monthly closing, board reports, and budgeting/forecasting.
• Assist in variance reporting, regulatory calls, and research for projects.
• Develop financial modeling assumptions and maintain A/L models and reports.
• Prepare ALCO/Board meeting packets and support committees.
• Support accounting functions including payroll posting and GL reconciliations.
• Ensure accurate reporting for financial statements and call reports.
