KLA in Milpitas, CA, is seeking a Financial Analyst to support GSS SRAM headcount planning, HC reconciliation, and dashboard development for GSS within the Service Organization. This role focuses on forecasting, cost reporting, and providing strategic financial insights to business leaders.

Responsibilities include building dashboards with AI tools and Power BI, preparing monthly metrics, leading budget cycles, and ensuring data accuracy in OneStream and related systems.

Qualifications

• Doctorate (Academic) Degree and 0 years related work experience; Master's Level Degree and related work experience of 3 years; Bachelor's Level Degree and related work experience of 5 years

Responsibilities

• Support SRAM headcount planning for GSS, including revenue analysis
• Create and maintain dashboards using AI tools and Power BI
• Perform ad‑hoc analysis and generate pro‑forma P&Ls
• Prepare monthly/quarterly metrics packages and variance analysis for PSO
• Lead monthly forecasting and Annual Budget Plan
• Forecast headcount and discretionary spend based on business inputs and validate underlying assumptions
