Responsibilities

• Build and maintain performance analytics and dashboards for divisional revenue, expenses, and shareholder returns.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and automate processes using AI tooling.
• Develop and track initiatives for multi-year and intra-year budgeting and forecasting.
• Deliver benchmarking and market-share analysis of peer performance across FICC, Equities, and Banking.
• Drive transparent, accurate reporting and monitor progress toward firmwide goals.
