Hope on Haven Hill is seeking a Director of Finance & Administration to lead financial operations, strategy, and organizational planning. You will align resources with mission goals, advise senior leadership, and drive systems that support growth in a mission-driven nonprofit.

The role emphasizes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement as you oversee finance, administration, and IT, while partnering across departments to enable programs to perform at their best.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or minimum five years nonprofit finance experience.
• Experience with audits, compliance, and budgeting processes.
• Proven leadership and ability to develop teams.
• Ability to communicate financial information to varied audiences.
• Experience managing federal grants and funding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Oversee administration and information technology functions.
• Strengthen internal controls and risk management practices.
• Partner with the Executive Director, senior directors, and Board.
• Build and develop a high-performing finance and operations team.
