Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Director of Finance & Accounting to partner with the leadership team in forecasting, planning, and strategic decision making. This on-site role at the Menomonee Falls, WI facility leads accounting, budgeting, and financial controls while guiding new product investments and pricing strategy.

You will drive monthly and annual planning, 5-year planning, and provide executive-level financial insight, ensuring performance improvements and value creation across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration.
• MBA or relevant professional certification is highly desirable. CPA is a plus.
• 10+ years of experience in a senior finance management role in the industrial manufacturing industry.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing.
• Strong analytical, forecasting and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial functions including general accounting, internal reporting and controls.
• Lead monthly/quarterly forecasting, annual planning and 5-year strategic plan for the organization.
• Partner with leadership on strategic initiatives, new product development and investments.
• Prepare weekly projected P&L, quarterly Board updates, and annual budgets and cash flow projections.
• Monitor financial condition, risk management and insurance program; strengthen internal controls and policies.
• Drive pricing strategies balancing profitability with market competitiveness.
