Qualifications

• 7+ years of FP&A or related finance experience.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Experience with Excel and Power BI to transform data into insights.
• Experience reporting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the Water Division including budgeting and forecasting.
• Analyze monthly margin performance by job and total.
• Guide program management on profitability and cost tracking.
• Oversee invoicing and unbilled management through Billing Coordinators.
• Create detailed annual budgets and quarterly forecasts with production scheduling.
• Develop financial models for decision-making and business cases.
• Review bids and advise on strategy.
• Use Power BI to create dashboards and enhance reporting.
• Track KPIs and provide executive insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align finance with objectives.
• Prepare and present financial reports.
