The ideal candidate will acquire new target customers, build lasting account relationships, develop business plans, and drive revenue growth across defined accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related area.
• 7+ years of directly sales and/or business development experience with major accounts.
• Solid understanding of interfaces between sales, technical spec, product development and business development functions.
• Proven track record in closing business.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel when needed.

Responsibilities

• Acquire new target customers, deliver proposals and drive deployment from sample to MP with Hyve team.
• Build solid relationships within defined accounts to achieve sales quotas and profitability forecasts.
• Design and execute sales account plans with short and long-term strategies.
• Develop programs and promotions within accounts to increase profitable sales.
• Recommend configurations and solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and present management reports and key business relationships.
