Job summary

Hyve Solutions, a TD SYNNEX subsidiary in Fremont, CA, seeks an experienced Sales Operations Leader to drive end-to-end customer workflows, profitability, and cost recovery strategies. You will align Finance, Legal, GTM, and Sales teams to improve revenue discipline and customer satisfaction while championing AI-enabled automation.

The role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder influence, and a track record of delivering data-driven recommendations in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years in sales operations, finance, or program management.
• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments; ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, customer-level sales operations workstreams end-to-end; set priorities and align stakeholders.
• Own customer-level profitability, monitor revenue, margin, pricing, and costs; identify risks and opportunities.
• Lead cost recovery strategy and execution; validate financial support and drive actions to closure.
• Partner with Sales Operations and Account Executives to design intake, prioritization, and execution for sales requests.
• Anticipate pain points and develop practical, scalable solutions to improve productivity and customer experience.
• Deliver dashboards, forecasts, and analyses to guide strategic decisions for leadership.
• Champion AI and automation across workflows to eliminate routine work and scale best practices.
• Establish KPIs, monitor targets, and drive mitigation plans to completion.
