Job summary

onsemi is seeking an Account Manager in Minnesota to act as a trusted advisor to key customers, owning account strategy and driving revenue growth. You will collaborate with Field Application Engineers and global support teams to secure design wins and expand ON's presence.

The role requires 8+ years of sales success, strong communication, and the ability to navigate complex environments while traveling ~10–15% of the time.

Qualifications

• BSEE degree or equivalent technical knowledge and experience.
• 8+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of winning designs.
• Professional attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interface with all levels of the customer and company teams.
• Self-starter capable of independent work and providing updates to management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Sales Business Plans to maximize revenue and market share.
• Present business plans to management and Business Units for alignment and support.
• Excel in writing and presentation skills for stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate global support through ON's sales and engineering network.
• Build strong relationships across the customer's organization.
• Lead demand creation with Field Application Engineers and units to secure design wins.
• Support Business Units with competitive analysis, market intelligence, and pricing.
• Provide timely demand forecasts and maintain customer responsiveness.
• Take full responsibility for account management and business development.
