Job summary

Cyvl, Inc. is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with major city and agency customers, starting in New York City. You will configure Cyvl against agency data, prototype outputs with Claude Code, and build custom integrations that scale across U.S. cities.

You will lead onboarding and training for field ops, IT, and agency leadership, drive expansion, and contribute to playbooks for nationwide adoption. Based in NYC or SF with on-site client work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a client-facing technical role at a B2B SaaS company.
• Experience managing enterprise accounts with many stakeholders and long cycles.
• Hands-on with AI coding tools to build working outputs.
• Fluency in SaaS and API concepts; comfortable with IT conversations on integrations.
• Based in, or willing to relocate to, New York City or San Francisco.

Responsibilities

• Own key city accounts: onboarding, training, and ongoing enablement across field operations, IT, and agency leadership.
• Build and deploy solutions: configure Cyvl against agency data and workflows, prototype custom outputs and integrations.
• Drive expansion: surface budget cycles, RFPs, and unmet needs, support proposals and renewals with depth.
• Build durable adoption to reduce reliance on a single champion.
• Write the FDE playbook: onboarding sequences, integration patterns, expansion triggers, ROI frameworks.
