Qualifications

• Experience with GPU orchestration, AI/ML data pipelines, and high-performance file systems.
• Strong networking expertise with InfiniBand, RoCE, 100GbE+ and latency analysis.
• Proficient in Python, Go, or C++ and building production-grade integrations.
• Linux internals, kernel tuning, storage stack performance, containerization.
• Ability to deploy Hammerspace across clouds and environments.

Responsibilities

• Deep Customer Embedding: act as the primary technical authority on-site and resolve friction points.
• AI & Workload Optimization: design data architectures to accelerate AI/ML training pipelines.
• The "Enhanced" Resident: build custom integrations and automation bridging client infra with our product.
• Business Cultivation: identify expansion opportunities and emerging workloads with the Named CSM.
• Engineering Shield & Feedback Loop: translate field bugs into core features for global strengths.
• Stakeholder Management: explain complex hurdles to data scientists, IT admins, and executives.
