Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience delivering production systems in complex environments.
• 3+ years in a customer-embedded or field-facing role with ownership of full deployments.
• Strong full-stack skills with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST or GraphQL API design, and modern frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Embed with strategic institutional accounts and lead end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled deployments.
• Architect and deploy LLM-based workflows and RAG pipelines in education platforms.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to product/engineering roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance with FERPA, WCAG 2.1 AA, and data-governance standards.
