Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, information technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
• 5–8 years of federal program management, service delivery, operations leadership experience.
• Experience with federal contracts and compliance governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead service delivery operations across multiple federal contracts with focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, and performance management.
• Oversee governance, reporting, and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Solutions Architecture, and Program Management on KPIs and staffing.
• Support capture and proposal efforts with delivery insights and staffing strategies.
• Partner with technical teams on modernization, cloud adoption, and legacy remediation.
• Lead workforce readiness, credential tracking, and training compliance.
• Build relationships with senior government stakeholders and act as escalation point.
