Job summary

Nominal is recruiting a Program Manager to lead the execution and growth of its federal engagements, including DoD, DOE, NASA, and other agencies. You will be the program owner, coordinating delivery across internal teams, ensuring customer success, and expanding Nominal's footprint with government customers.

The role requires translating requirements into execution plans, guiding deployments of Nominal’s platform, and delivering measurable mission outcomes while collaborating with Government

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program management, technical delivery, or customer-facing roles in technology, defense, or government environments.

Responsibilities

• Own program success for strategic federal customers and serve as the central owner of program execution across government accounts.
• Build strong relationships with government stakeholders and serve as primary point of contact for progress, feedback, and alignment.
• Coordinate cross-functional execution with Mission Operations, Product, Engineering, BD, Legal, and Finance to translate needs into plans.
• Drive program planning and delivery with long-term execution plans, milestones, and aligned timelines.
