Job summary

Nominal is hiring a Contracts Strategy Lead, U.S. Government to scale government partnerships. You’ll collaborate with Legal, Finance, and Program teams to structure complex opportunities and translate Nominal’s software model into government-acquisition strategies.

You’ll lead negotiations with contracting officers and prime contractors, shaping pricing, licensing, and contract vehicles, while building scalable processes for future growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting U.S. Government contracts.
• Experience as a Contracting Officer, acquisition professional, or contracts strategist.
• Strong knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and government acquisition vehicles.
• Ability to translate commercial software pricing into government-compatible structures.

Responsibilities

• Shape Government opportunities from proposal through award.
• Translate Nominal’s pricing and licensing into government-compatible approaches.
• Negotiate with Contracting Officers, acquisition teams, and partners.
• Support proposals, pricing submissions, statements of work, and contract negotiations.
• Develop reusable contract language and best practices to scale government contracting.
