Job summary

MicroSystems Automation Group (MSAG) seeks a resilient Program Manager to lead and rebuild a key technical contract, establishing trust with customer leadership and guiding a specialized engineering team through a complex federal program.

The role requires an engineering or science background, strong boundary-setting, and executive communication to transform ambiguous delivery environments into high-performing accounts with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship required. Ability to obtain/maintain Federal Public Trust clearance (active preferred).
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or science.
• Active PMP/PfMP PgMP or equivalent certification required. Exceptions may apply based on experience.
• 15+ years of federal technical program management experience, with turnaround or crisis/change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership, operations & risk management with transparent reporting.
• Manage scope, align stakeholders, and ensure contractual deliverables.
• Oversee execution, quality assurance, and compliance with federal standards.
• Develop PMRs for MSAG leadership and customer representatives.
• Drive growth via recompete readiness and executive relationship management.
