Chimes District of Columbia in Baltimore area is seeking a pricing analyst to develop and maintain competitive pricing for federal and commercial contracts. You will analyze cost data and produce clear reports for stakeholders while ensuring FAR/DFARS compliance and cross‑department collaboration on negotiations.

The role requires 3+ years in nonprofit or federal pricing, with strong Excel skills, cost estimating expertise, and knowledge of SCA/CBAs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 3+ years of pricing experience in nonprofit, federal consulting, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of federal contract pricing structures (FFP, Cost-Plus, IDIQ) and FAR/DFARS.
• Familiar with SCA, DBA, CBAs, cost accounting concepts.
