You will perform market analysis, develop acquisition strategies, solicit and evaluate offers, and coordinate with agencies, counsel, and lessors to ensure compliant, timely leasing outcomes.

The role emphasizes end-to-end transaction leadership, including negotiation of rates, tenant improvements, and delivery requirements within the contract scope.

Qualifications

• Experience leading lease acquisition transactions.
• Strong market analysis and negotiation skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, including counsel and lessors.
• Knowledge of lease procurement processes and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for lease actions from initiation to post-award.
• Perform market analysis and identify viable locations.
• Support development of acquisition plans, RFPs, and amendments.
• Lead or support negotiations on rental rates and TI terms.
• Prepare and organize lease documentation and records.
• Coordinate with agencies, legal counsel, brokers and post-award staff.
