Qualifications

• Experience leading lease acquisition transactions, preferably for government or federal clients.
• Strong ability to analyze market data, pricing, and tenant improvements.
• Proven skill coordinating with agencies, lessors, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for lease acquisition actions from initiation through award and post-award transition.
• Provide day-to-day transaction management aligned with project timelines and milestones.
• Conduct market analysis, surveys, and research to identify viable locations and strategies.
• Support development of space requirements, acquisition plans, and solicitation materials.
• Lead or support negotiations on rental rates, terms, and tenant improvements.
• Prepare and organize lease documentation and records in accordance with customer procedures.
• Coordinate with officials, legal counsel, brokers, and post-award staff to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
• Track schedules, deliverables, risks, and decisions; communicate status and actions to stakeholders.
