Job summary

AE Strategies LLC is expanding its project delivery team and seeks a Business Transformation and Technology Consultant who can move between mission needs, business operations, and technology delivery for federal agencies. You will translate complex goals into executable plans, lead cross-functional IT projects, and ensure stakeholder alignment from discovery to implementation.

Qualifications

• Background investigation and Public Trust security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of eight years of business analysis or project management experience.
• Experience managing multiple complex IT projects concurrently across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Experience partnering with technical teams on technology initiatives; direct software development experience is a plus.
• Strong executive communication and facilitation skills for senior leadership and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple complex and cross-functional initiatives from planning through implementation, training, measurement, and closeout.
• Develop roadmaps, milestones, delivery plans, risk tracking, decision logs, and executive status reports.
• Translate mission and operational needs into clear requirements and actionable work with technical teams.
• Create alignment across senior leaders, SMEs, vendors, and end users while managing competing priorities.
• Identify risks early, drive decisions, remove obstacles, and maintain accountability for deliverables.
