Job summary

AAA Washington is seeking a Senior Business & Technology Transformation Advisor to partner with business and technology teams, shape initiatives, map capabilities, and translate objectives into actionable roadmaps. You will lead discovery, analysis, and stakeholder engagement across complex functions to drive organizational change.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in business consulting, business analysis, solution design, process improvement, organizational transformation, or related roles
• Experience defining future-state processes and operating models
• Experience evaluating business and technology solution options and presenting recommendations
• Experience with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, MarTech)
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsibilities

• Lead initiative shaping, problem framing, scoping, objectives, and success measures
• Facilitate discovery workshops with business and technology stakeholders
• Develop future-state capabilities and roadmaps for change initiatives
• Partner with Product Engineering to shape solution direction and evaluate options
• Develop business cases and decision materials for investment planning
• Communicate recommendations and risks to stakeholders at all levels
• Support alignment between desired outcomes and delivery activities
