Qualifications

• Full contract lifecycle management from proposal to closeout and record retention.
• Deep understanding of FAR/DFAR flow-downs and prime contract obligations.
• Negotiating clear, enforceable terms that balance risk and cost.
• Coordinate internal reviews, approvals, and work orders with customers, government agencies, and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle from initial proposal through final contract closeout and record retention.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Serve as a key communication link with customers, government agencies, and internal teams (Sales, Operations, Finance, and Project Management).
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready contract records.
• Champion process improvements to drive efficiency and strengthen compliance.
