Job summary

Nightwing Intelligence Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Capture Manager to lead strategic capture efforts across DoD and Intelligence Community opportunities. The role focuses on identifying opportunities, orchestrating campaigns, and coordinating with Nightwing’s business units to craft discriminating, compliant proposals.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, lead pricing-to-win analyses, and oversee proposal planning from identification through award.

Qualifications

10 years relevant progressive experience with a Bachelor's degree in related field, 8 years with a Master’s, or 14 years with a high school diploma.
Active clearance and proven track record in capturing/winning DoD/Intelligence contracts.
Knowledge of federal contracting vehicles (GSA, OASIS, ASTRO, IAC MAC, etc.).
Strong communication and executive briefing skills; experience with BD, capture strategy, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

Assess candidate opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
Lead stakeholder relationships to produce a competitive, compliant win.
Formulate teaming strategy and price-to-win analyses based on customer issues.
Present capture plans and gate reviews to the executive team and incorporate input.
Oversee proposal planning and content development, ensuring alignment with win strategy.
Coordinate transfer of concepts into contract operations and optimize capture processes.
