Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Project Leader or Senior Project Leader to drive global clinical trials in a Biotech-focused division. The role requires leading project teams, managing day-to-day operations, and delivering on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

A clinical/health-related undergraduate degree is required, with advanced degrees preferred and 2+ years of global trial PM experience in CRO/Biotech/Pharma.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical or health-related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 2+ years' experience leading Global Clinical Trials in Project Management within a CRO/Biotech/Pharma company.
• Experience with project scheduling, resource and budget management, and coordinating team activities.
• Experience with the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
