IcyBox is seeking a Procurement Specialist with real experience sourcing in the fashion industry—apparel, accessories, footwear, or adjacent luxury/retail goods. You will own vendor sourcing, negotiation, and purchasing relationships that keep our product pipeline moving.

Qualifications

• Prior procurement or sourcing experience specifically within fashion, apparel, or luxury retail.
• Strong vendor negotiation skills.
• Comfort working with wholesale and manufacturer relationships.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple vendor relationships at once.

Responsibilities

• Source and vet vendors/suppliers specifically within fashion, apparel, or luxury goods supply chains.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and purchase agreements.
• Track and manage purchase orders end-to-end.
• Build and maintain vendor relationships, including manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors.
• Monitor market trends and pricing within the fashion/retail space to inform sourcing decisions.
• Coordinate with inventory/logistics on incoming shipments and quality expectations.
