Job summary

Catalyst Brands in Dallas is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage direct import buys, negotiate program pricing, and drive cost improvements across product categories. You will partner with internal teams and suppliers to ensure quality, delivery, and IMU targets while analyzing pre- and post-season data and maintaining CIP and fabric cost details.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of related experience in retail, apparel manufacturing, quality and trade agreements preferred.
• Strong communication skills and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships cross-functionally.
• Excellent organizational skills; attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task successfully and prioritize while meeting critical deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word)

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute brand or product category and report directly to the Director.
• Build effective strategic relationships with cross-functional partners, internal stakeholders, external suppliers and teams to drive results and influence change.
• Manage internal and external teams and Time and Action to deliver on IMU, quality and delivery goals.
• Conduct pre-and post-season analysis and present findings and actions to executive management.
• Maintain detailed product cost information (CIP, Fabric).
• Responsible for negotiating program pricing and delivery.
• Monitor quality and delivery performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
• Manage move outs, cancellations, and liabilities.
• Special Projects, as assigned.
