Job summary

Catalyst Brands LLC is seeking a Sourcing Specialist to manage direct import buys, confirm orders, and drive cost improvements while resolving quality and delivery issues. You will build strategic relationships with internal teams and external suppliers, coordinating Time and Action calendars to meet IMU targets.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute brand or product category and report to the Director.
• Build strategic relationships with cross-functional partners and suppliers.
• Oversee Time and Action to meet IMU, quality and delivery goals.
• Conduct pre-and post-season analysis and present findings to executives.
• Maintain product cost information (CIP, Fabric).
• Negotiate program pricing and delivery.
• Monitor quality and delivery metrics and drive improvements.
• Manage move outs, cancellations, and liabilities.
• Drive performance of sourcing strategies across functions.
