Qualifications

• Associates degree with 3 years direct service experience (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Knowledge of local community resources.
• Must meet childcare staff requirements per Illinois DCFS.
• Must be at least 21 with valid driver’s license, car and insurance.
• Proficient communication (written and verbal) with diverse groups.
• Ability to travel to meetings and program sites.
• Willingness to learn leadership skills.
• Respect for confidentiality and EEO/ADA principles.

Responsibilities

• Assist Child & Family Services Managers in planning, monitoring, and implementing family support and engagement.
• Support Recruitment and Community Outreach efforts.
• Coordinate referrals and provide resources to Family Advocates.
