Job summary

This role collaborates with Associate Vice Provosts, Deans, and Department Chairs, maintains records, supports annual reporting, and helps streamline workflows for faculty development and governance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in project management or handling confidential personnel matters.
• Experience working with multiple constituencies and partners.
• Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate faculty personnel processes for tenure-track faculty and manage related submissions.
• Prepare and submit tenure, promotion files, and term renewals with deadlines.
• Administer faculty-related programs and initiatives and coordinate with campus partners.
• Oversee data collection, reporting, and records management for faculty processes.
