Job summary

Versar Global Solutions seeks a Facility Space Planner to support the Secretary of the Air Force in space management across the NCR, including the Pentagon, JB Anacostia-Bolling, JB Andrews, and leased spaces. You will serve as the single point of contact for HQ DAF space planning, coordinating with SAF/AA, OSD and GSA policies.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of DoD space/facilities experience, with proficiency in space utilization analysis and budget processes.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of experience supporting DoD/DAF, or federal space/facilities programs.
• Experience with HQ DAF, OSD, GSA, WHS space policies and reporting.
• Experience coordinating relocations, space planning, and NCR facilities management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct space interviews, inspections, and validations per SAF/AA, OSD, and GSA policies.
• Analyze and allocate space to optimize utilization and support mission objectives.
• Develop guidance for space allocation and management based on policy and best practices.
• Manage office, storage, and special use space for HQ DAF and NCR activities.
• Support real property acquisitions, lease management, and budget development.
