Job summary

Versar Global Solutions in the Washington, DC area seeks a Facility Space Planner to serve as the single point of contact for HQ DAF space management across the Pentagon, JB Anacostia-Bolling, JB Andrews, and NCR leased spaces.

The role involves initiating real property programs, conducting inspections, analyzing utilization, and coordinating with senior leaders. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 5+ years of NCR space planning experience are required, with a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in a related field and 5+ years of space/facilities management experience
• Experience with HQ DAF, OSD, GSA, WHS space policies preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication and coordination with senior officials required

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and coordinate real property and space management programs for HQ DAF
• Conduct interviews, inspections, and space validation assessments
• Analyze space utilization and develop guidance for facility space allocation and management
• Support budgets, POM submissions, and reporting requirements
• Prepare documentation for space requests and approvals and coordinate relocations
