Job summary

Versar Global Solutions is seeking a Facility Space Planner to support HQ DAF space management for the Pentagon, NCR, and leased spaces. You will coordinate real property programs, conduct inspections, validate space, and allocate resources to meet mission requirements.

The role requires 5+ years in federal space or real property programs, knowledge of DAF/OSD policies, and a Secret clearance. It is an onsite position at the Pentagon with a strong emphasis on policy development and budgeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in DAF/DoW or federal space/facilities management.
• Knowledge of HQ DAF, OSD, GSA and WHS space management policies.
• 5+ years coordinating relocations, space planning, and utilization analysis in NCR.
• Experience developing policies and SOPs for space and facilities management.
• Experience with budget planning, POM submissions, and real property accountability.
• Ability to analyze complex space utilization and recommend solutions.
• Experience preparing reports and executive briefs for senior leaders.
• Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, plan, and coordinate real property and space management programs.
• Conduct interviews, on-site inspections, and space validation assessments.
• Analyze and strategically allocate space resources to optimize utilization.
• Develop procedures and guidance for facility space allocation and management.
• Procure, manage, and control utilization of office and lease space.
• Prepare and submit space requirement requests to WHS.
• Coordinate relocation plans for Air Force leadership approval.
• Support the budget process and reporting for HQ DAF spaces.
