Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies seeks a seasoned Facility Planner to lead regional and installation planning efforts. You will prepare regional plans, master and development plans, and related documentation, while maintaining iNFADS data and coordinating with CNIC and tenants.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of seven years' facility planning experience, plus a valid driver's license. The role emphasizes safety, collaboration, and rigorous analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of facility planning experience, including BFR/FPD preparation, iNFADS use, ICAP, or DD1391 development.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Regional Plans & studies including Regional Integration Plans and RSIPs.
• Prepare installation development plans, Master Plans, and related documents.
• Maintain iNFADS data and update asset records.
• Develop SRM packages with DD1391, cost estimates, site plans, NEPA documentation, and checklists.
• Support MILCON project scoping, ROM estimates, and site selection.
• Coordinate space requests and CNIC/claimant requirements and tenant coordination.
