Job summary

Bristol Alliance of Companies in the United States seeks a seasoned Facility Planning professional to lead regional planning initiatives, including BFR/FPD development, iNFADS data management, and installation-level planning.

You will prepare and manage documentation, perform asset evaluations, support MILCON, and coordinate space requests across regions, with a focus on safety, compliance, and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning, engineering, architecture, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of facility planning experience, including BFR/FPD preparation, iNFADS use, ICAP, DD1391 development, long-range installation planning, or shipyard planning experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regional plans & studies including Regional Integration Plans (RIPs) and related analyses.
• Prepare installation-level planning documents (IDPs, Capital Improvement Plans, Recapitalization Plans, IAP, ATFP Plans, Master Plans).
• Prepare Basic Facility Requirements (BFRs) and Facility Planning Documents (FPDs).
• Perform Asset Evaluations (AEs) and update property records in iNFADS.
• Prepare and manage site approval documentation and WEBSAR submissions.
• Develop SRM packages including DD1391, cost estimates, and NEPA documentation.
• Support MILCON project development including ROM estimates and site selection.
• Coordinate region-wide space requests and tenant outfitting planning.
