Job summary

Planate Management Group is seeking an experienced Facility Planner to support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects. The role includes developing facility planning documents and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective infrastructure management.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience, specifically with knowledge of Navy planning systems.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to evaluate engineering, management, and economic data.
• Experience applying planning principles.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regional planning studies including infrastructure and land use.
• Develop site approval documentation and coordinate technical reviews.
• Provide planning support and ensure compliance with Navy planning policies.

Skills

Analytical skills

Knowledge of Navy Shore Facility Planning System (SFPS)

Understanding of planning concepts

Experience with iNFADS or similar

Valid US driver's license

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, or Community Planning
