Bristol Alliance seeks a Senior Planner to develop plans and studies for NAVFAC Yorktown, PA, covering regional infrastructure investment strategies. You will prepare Installations Plans, Regional Integration Plans, and related analyses for multiple installations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in planning or engineering/architecture with minimum 10 years’ experience in planning.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare regional plans and studies addressing infrastructure investment requirements.
• Develop installation plans and regional planning documents (RIPs, RSIPs) and related analyses.
• Support Space Planning, Encroachment, and facility planning documents.
• Coordinate with multiple installations and stakeholders for master long range planning.
• Ensure accuracy of data and documentation in planning systems and records.
