Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or technical disciplines in Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related field.
• Minimum nine (9) years of experience in Engineering, Plant Operations, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, or related field OR twelve (12) years of equivalent experience.
• Driver's License (California) required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provides strategic direction for preventative maintenance and repairs of facility equipment.
• Establishes long-term goals for maintenance, repairs, and safety compliance programs.
• Reports to senior leadership on key metrics and program progress.
• Oversees budget and planning for outside resources for out-of-scope services.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
• Drives safety culture and aligns resource plans with business objectives.
• Manages vendor relationships and performance, contracts, and improvements.
• Guides talent development and performance management.
