Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (PM/engineering/architecture/construction).
• Five years of project management experience.
• Experience using project management tools (PM software).
• Excellent written and verbal skills, including presentations and consensus building.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads planning, implementation and facilitation of project scope, goals, and deliverables for Facility Services.
• Develops full-scale project plans including schedules, budgets, resources, and timelines.
• Provides direction and support to the project team and ensures QA.
• Monitors and reports progress to stakeholders with reports on progress, challenges and solutions.
• Implements and manages project changes to achieve outputs.
• Oversee project evaluations and assessment of results.
