Qualifications

• 3 yrs exp in project management with budgeting/cost projection exp.
• 12 mos exp in budgeting and cost projections.
• Or 2 yrs post-secondary education with related project experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage construction, renovation, and maintenance projects from planning through closeout.
• Direct project delivery, ensuring schedules, specs, and quality benchmarks.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet end-user needs.
• Review design docs, assess risks, define requirements, and ensure deliverables.
• Oversee project implementation schedule and resource planning.
• Develop planning documents and work activity definitions.
• Coordinate procurement, bids, and contract administration.
