Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a Program Manager with cross-functional and trades experience to lead customer-specific programs from RFP through execution, subcontractor oversight, and post-project validation. This role requires deep knowledge of facilities maintenance and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years of complex program management experience.
• Deep knowledge of facilities maintenance and skilled trades.
• Proven experience with RFPs, pricing, and cross-functional bid efforts.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program delivery and KPI achievement.
• Lead RFP responses and pricing within defined timelines.
• Manage subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance.
• Collaborate with sales, ops, and customer teams to ensure delivery.
• Provide regular status updates and risk management.
