  • Driving and controlling a minimum margin of 24% through partnerships and negotiations.
  • RFPs completed within scoping parameters of 5-21 days.
  • Complete project pricing requests in 30 days or less.
  • Drive program expansion by submitting a target of 4 new trade proposals per quarter.
  • Standardizing internal and external communication, reporting, and escalation processes.
  • Building out and standardizing internal scalable processes across program.
  • Preconstruction process and SOP.
  • Site walk process and SOP.
  • Customer communication process and SOP.

  • Partner with regional AE team to manage projects; schedule, cost, relationships, and growth strategy.
  • Take ownership of project execution, financial performance and overall job outcomes.
  • Demonstrate accountability and sound judgment when managing project risk and resolving challenges.
  • Build, add commentary, and execute Construction QBRs.
  • Material procurement; control all material supply chain.
  • Verify all materials with customer in preconstruction.
  • Procure all materials, transportation, staging, etc.
  • Control chain of custody end-to-end.
  • Honoring all customer specifications with savings and timeframe in mind.
  • Demonstrate proactive site leadership by scheduling and conducting targeted travel across every key phase of the project lifecycle (Pre-Construction, In-Progress, Punch, Post-Construction) to consistently meet customer demands and drive project success.
  • Drive sustainable, ≥15% year-over-year gross margin growth across the portfolio by embedding scalable operational efficiencies and margin improvement service strategies into standard program execution.
  • Proactively evaluate end-to-end service delivery workflows to uncover systemic bottlenecks, spearhead innovative, practical solutions that drive operational excellence and eliminate inefficiencies.
  • Own contractor communication and management.
  • Mitigate risk through close vendor management, clear expectations of quality, customer and DMG sign offs.
  • Pre-Release Inspection Compliance: 100% of projects receive a completed on-site inspection audit prior to any release of funds; no funds released without a documented, closed‑out audit.
  • Site Visit Cadence Adherence: Meet or exceed DMG’s required number of site visits at each defined project phase, with visit documentation captured in system of record.
  • Margin Retention: Deliver projects at or above the initial contracted margin percentage; variances require documented justification and approval.
  • On-Time Milestone Completion: % of project phase gates completed by committed date.
  • Schedule Variance: Average days between baseline and actual completion; escalations documented before the date slips, not after.
Program and Project Management
  • Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of customer-specific programs and projects.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, quality standards, and financial performance to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate detailed project plans, schedules, and status updates to stakeholders.

  • Assist in identifying upsell opportunities and contribute to expanding DMG’s footprint within strategic accounts.
Operational Execution
  • Act as the operational liaison across teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and projects.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in facility maintenance, including industry standards for labor, materials, and equipment.

Subcontractor and Vendor Oversight
  • Lead subcontractor selection, onboarding, pricing negotiations, and performance evaluation.
  • Ensure work validation, quality assurance, and compliance with scope and safety standards.
  • Maintain accurate subcontractor databases, rate structures, and availability.
Customer Engagement and Communication
  • Serve as the main point of contact for designated programs and projects, delivering regular performance reports and strategic recommendations.
