Allen Integrated Solutions, LLC seeks an experienced Facilities Planner for Washington, DC. The role involves guiding strategic facilities planning, real property and MILCON projects, working with multiple government agencies and engineering teams.

The candidate will develop master plans, perform cost estimates, and prepare executive briefings to support leadership decisions. A Bachelor's degree and 10+ years in the field are required, with active TS/SCI clearance and CI Polygraph.

Formación

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in strategic facilities planning, real property management, infrastructure development, engineering, or related disciplines.
• Experience supporting MILCON programs, including project planning, programming, and budget development.
• Experience developing and reviewing facilities planning documents, master plans, and real property requirements.
• Knowledge of facilities sustainment, restoration, modernization, and real property acquisition processes.
• Experience conducting facility assessments, developing cost estimates, and evaluating infrastructure investment alternatives.
• Experience preparing statements of work, technical reports, project justifications, and executive-level briefings.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, review, and implement strategic facilities planning documents such as Basic Facilities Requirements and Master Plans.
• Support long-term facilities planning, real property acquisition, and infrastructure modernization initiatives.
• Conduct facility assessments and asset evaluations to identify deficiencies and space requirements.
• Prepare statements of work with coordination from Naval Facilities Engineering Command and USACE, including cost expectations and contractor deliverables.
• Develop analyses of alternatives for facility investment options and improvements.
• Support MILCON planning, including DD Form 1391 documentation and budget estimates.
• Participate in Facility Working Groups and Engineering Review Boards to evaluate projects and provide recommendations.
• Coordinate with government stakeholders, engineering teams, and installation personnel to align planning activities.
