Job summary

Procon seeks a Facility Manager to support a high-visibility federal facilities and infrastructure program by overseeing facility operations, construction project execution, and quality assurance activities. The ideal candidate has experience managing federal facilities, leading multidisciplinary teams, and supporting complex programs within secure environments.

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph is required, along with a Bachelor's degree and substantial related experience.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Facilities Management, or related field with 6+ years experience, or 10+ years in lieu of degree.
• Experience managing federal facilities, construction projects, quality assurance programs, or infrastructure initiatives.
• Knowledge of facility operations, building systems, construction management, project controls, and quality management practices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and MS Project.
• Strong leadership, organizational, customer service, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations by conducting site inspections and coordinating corrective actions.
• Oversee renovation and construction projects from planning through closeout per drawings, permits, schedules and contract specs.
• Coordinate with government personnel, contractors, architects, engineers, and project teams.
• Review contractor proposals, develop scopes, prepare planning docs, and support contract administration.
• Conduct building code reviews and coordinate multidisciplinary design efforts.
• Develop and maintain Quality Assurance plans and oversee Contractor Quality Control.
• Manage project controls, schedules, quality metrics, risks, reporting, and closeout docs.
