Job summary

Walt Disney World is seeking an Integrated Facilities Planner to lead multi-year asset reinvestment planning across facilities. You will translate complex needs into data-driven plans that sustain asset integrity, quality, and safety while coordinating with Engineering, Finance, and operations teams to optimize capital deployment and guest experiences.

The role emphasizes independent work, cross-team collaboration, and strong analytical skills to manage a defined portfolio and drive performance

Qualifications

• Experience in the construction industry, facilities management, or a similar built-environment setting.
• Experience with cross-functional partner and customer environments.
• Experience in facility asset planning and project management.
• Familiar with construction/maintenance terminology and methods.
• Ability to use facilities planning/asset management software for analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and sustainment of a defined facilities portfolio across partners.
• Ensure multi-year strategies, near-term plans, and asset data are integrated and actionable.
• Support capital deployment, minimize risk, and enable guest-focused experiences.
• Build and refine plans using facilities/asset management software.
• Prepare leadership-ready presentations and trend analyses.
• Collaborate across Finance, Operations, and other stakeholders to align priorities.
