Job summary

Walt Disney World is seeking a Mgr-Project Support and Integration to oversee a broad portfolio of technical facilities projects across theme parks, resorts, and guest-facing environments. The role combines design oversight, construction administration, and sustainment turnover while aligning with Disney's guest-focused mission.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or PE with eligibility for Florida
• 10+ years in a multi-discipline architecture/engineering environment
• Experience leading technical delivery of complex facilities projects
• Knowledge of safety procedures in facilities/construction
• Strong communication to execs and leadership; governance experience

Responsibilities

• Provide design oversight for a multi-disciplinary facilities portfolio
• Lead design, construction administration, and turnover to sustainment
• Balance workload and resources across teams and departments
• Mentor peers and junior professionals; promote accountability
• Partner with engineering, architecture, operations, sustainment and regulatory agencies
• Support project closeout and knowledge transfer to operations
