Job summary

Qualifications
- Licensed architect or PE with Florida eligibility or reciprocity.
- 10+ years in a multi-discipline architecture/engineering environment.
- Experience delivering complex facilities projects in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of safety procedures for facilities/construction.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with Revit.
- Strong communication for executives and teams.
- Proven mentorship and team-building experience.
Responsibilities
- Shape strategic delivery of facilities projects across Disney experiences.
- Coordinate plans across engineering, architecture, operations and sustainment.
- Provide technical leadership and resolve field issues.
- Mentor staff and promote best practices.
- Ensure compliance with codes, safety, and customer requirements.
- Support turnover and transition to operations.
