Job summary

Walt Disney World in Florida seeks a Mgr-Architecture & Integration to lead a diverse facilities portfolio across parks, resorts, and guest environments. You will direct engineering and architecture teams to align project delivery with safety, quality, and Disney standards.

Reporting to Senior Manager-Design Integration, the role emphasizes mentorship, strategic planning, and cross‑disciplinary collaboration to deliver complex refurbishments and capital projects that enhance guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or Professional Engineer (PE) with eligibility for Florida practice.
• 10+ years of professional multi-disciplinary architecture/engineering experience.
• Experience leading technical delivery of complex facilities or construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in facilities/construction environments.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with design/modelling tools such as Revit.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of professionals responsible for technical project delivery across an integrated facilities portfolio.
• Set priorities, allocate resources, and partner with design leaders and regulatory stakeholders.
• Mentor staff, foster collaboration, and manage a diverse portfolio of work.
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and performance standards; support strategic needs of Disney Experiences.
• Provide technical guidance during design and construction to align with project objectives and regulations.
• Champion closeout and turnover to sustainment, including documentation and warranty coordination.
