Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited school.
• Five (5) years of related office and business management experience.
• FMP, CFM, FMA designation (or ability to attain within 6 months of hire)
• Understanding of maintenance, repair and operations of buildings incl. HVAC, electrical, plumbing, janitorial, safety and accessibility.
• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience.
• Strong computer skills using spreadsheets, databases, word processing and flow charting.
• Familiarity with IWMS or CMMS platforms, space management, and wayfinding signage systems.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and make presentations.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a member of the executive management team for the assigned division.
• Leads development of strategic plans, goals, and objectives.
• Develops project designs; reviews drawings and specifications; manages projects.
• Directs the preparation and/or allocation of financial resources across assigned programs.
• Supervises and coordinates work activities of assigned staff.
• Coordinates division/program activities with other divisions, agencies, consultants, contractors, and the public.
