Qualifications

• 10-15 years of relevant security experience, with 3+ years in the last 10 years managing a program of similar size and complexity.
• SFPC certification required.
• Experience managing a security program, office, and supervising others.
• Excellent leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Experience producing SOPs, checklists, reports, and briefings.
• Comfortable briefing and communicating with all levels of personnel.
• Experience supporting DC3/DoW/DoD/AF policies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop a physical security inspection checklist based on regulations and policies; submit for review within 14 days after contract start.
• Produce a Physical Security Inspection Report within 3 business days of each inspection.
• Conduct weekly audits of the access control system and maintain audit logs.
• Maintain records of alarm activations, incidents, and responses and report within 1 business day.
• Review government documentation to ensure compliance with security policies.
• Advise on compliance with OPSEC and CUI policies and implement improvements.
• Use government-provided Generative AI tools daily to accelerate tasks and problem solving.
• May serve as Contractor Security Team Task Lead.
